Pamela Fanstill, MCSD, CTT+, MCT, and MCSD for Microsoft .NET has over 20 years of experience working with information systems as a developer, instructor, and writer. Pam holds a B.S. in Information Systems Management from the University of San Francisco. She has been focusing on Microsoft development tools since VB 3 and earned her first MCSD certification in 1996. For the past few years she has been teaching Visual Basic and related development technologies as a Microsoft Certified Trainer for training centers nationwide.
